Important admissions dates for
Fall 2013
OVERVIEW Applications to the IBiS program are submitted online, through The Graduate School's ApplyYourself portal starting in the fall. The IBiS admissions committee begins reviewing applications from candidates in the US in December, and invites selected applicants for an admissions visit in February. Admissions decisions for candidates in the US are made shortly after the admissions visits. Candidates in the US who do not receive an invitation to visit, or who decline the invitation to visit, will not be offered admission. Candidates who are applying from outside of the US will have their applications reviewed by the committee in February/March. Strong candidates will be selected for phone interviews. Students who receive an offer of admission from the IBiS program must make a decision by the deadline set by the Council of Graduate Schools, April 15th. Applicants can view the admissions committee's decisions and make a decision regarding an offer of admission online at ApplyYourself.

| December - February | Admissions Committee will contact applicants who live in North America with an invitation to participate in an admissions visit. Applicants should take full advantage of the opportunity to visit the campus and to get to know the people, facilities and surroundings before making a formal decision. |

The Graduate School will send out formal letters of admission to students who have been offered admission. |
