Important Dates

OVERVIEW Applications to the IBiS program are submitted online, through The Graduate School's portal starting in the fall. The IBiS admissions committee begins reviewing applications in December, and invites selected applicants for interviews in January and February. Admissions decisions for candidates are made shortly after the virtual visits. Candidates who do not receive an invitation to interview, or who decline the interview, will not be offered admission. Students who receive an offer of admission from the IBiS program must make a decision by the deadline set by the Council of Graduate Schools, April 15th. Applicants can view the admissions committee's decision and communicate their decision regarding an offer of admission online.

September 19	Application available
December 15	Deadline for receipt of all application materials
December - February	The admissions committee will contact selected applicants with an invitation to  interview and "visit" the program remotely.
January 29	Interviews and introduction to the IBiS program, by invitation only
February 6	Interviews and introduction to the IBiS program, by invitation only
February through early April	The Graduate School will send out formal letters of admission to students who have been offered admission.
April 15	Deadline for accepting an offer of admission
